The event is set to bring together prominent analysts, policymakers and industry leaders to discuss the latest market data and trends shaping the global seafood sector.

Since its inception, the summit has become a pivotal event for industry stakeholders, offering deep insights into trade, sustainability and innovation across the entire value chain. The 2026 programme focuses on four key areas: whitefish, salmon, cold-water prawns, and farmed cod.

Industry experts will deliver real-time data and projections, with strategic market insights will be delivered from the likes of McKinsey, Worldpanel and the UK Seafood Federation. Furthermore, the Institute of Marine Research will examine the role of blue foods in the global food security alongside a panel of aquaculture and fisheries specialists. The event will also feature debates involving sector experts as well as proprietors from the fish and chip industry.

“This annual event has become the premier meeting place for the seafood industry in the UK, and the leading forum for connecting and building relationships between both Norwegian and UK industry stakeholders,” said Bjørn-Erik Stabell, UK director at the NSC, in a press release. “For 2026, we have curated a pioneering line-up of speakers who are involved in shaping the future of this industry. They will be sharing cutting-edge insights, forward looking intelligence and bold ideas, to inspire and drive action across the entire value chain.”
