Exploring innovation and profitability
Themed “Innovation, Integration and Profitability: Modernisation for a New Era,” TILAPIA 2025 will feature more than 50 renowned international speakers and panelists. The discussions will explore a broad range of topics, including global and regional production, trade dynamics, innovations in value-added products, integrative production systems, advancements in feed and nutrition, biosecurity and health management, certification and welfare, and partnerships for impactful investments.
A dedicated trade exhibition will feature some 20 booths where exhibitors will present innovative products and technological solutions for the aquaculture industry.
Side events and new association launch
Further complementing the conference proceedings is a techno-commercial farm visit, where participants will witness the latest developments in the local Thai industry.
Key attractions and side-events during TILAPIA 2025 include the anticipated launch of the Southeast Asian Tilapia Association (SEATA), a Meet the Authors & Book Signing, and the presentation of the Monsignor Heine Award by the Tilapia International Foundation (TIF).
SEATA aims to provide a prospect for commercial tilapia industry stakeholders to unite and advance the dialogue on re-establishing and rebranding tilapia as a preferred fish for farming and consumption. The event also offers significant brand visibility and C-Suite networking opportunities.
