Mr Libermann will take on the role from Monday 11 May, and will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through all Findus’s products, channels and processes in Southern Europe.
Findus Southern Europe comprises major operations in France, Spain and Belgium and is part of Findus Group, Europe’s leading seafood and frozen food business, which in turn has more than 6,000 employees and turnover in excess of €1.4 billion.

"Steven is an experienced executive and French businessman who has previously undertaken senior and strategic roles around Europe in different fields of the food and FMCG sectors.
"Notably, Steven is returning to Findus’s Southern European operations where he previously undertook positions of Marketing Director and Sales Director in France and Managing Director in Spain.
"His managerial talent, breadth of experience and his existing knowledge of the Findus Group make him the ideal person to drive our plans for innovation, growth and prosperity across Southern Europe. We look forward to welcoming him back into the team.”
Mr Libermann replaces Matthieu Lambeaux, who recently left this position to pursue entrepreneurial ventures outside Findus Group.
Findus Group recently reported operating cash-flow of £67m and EBITDA of £91m for the year ending 2014, up 4% on the previous year on a constant currency basis.
