CHINA - The 4th Annual World Congress of Aquaculture and Fisheries-2015 (WCAF-2015) was held in Qingdao, China. This congress, initiated in 2012, has been successfully held in Dalian (2012 and 2014) and Hangzhou (2013). This years edition attracted more than 800 speakers from 40 countries.

WCAF series congresses contribute to offering professionals in the field of Aquaculture and Fisheries a multidisciplinary informative cooperative platform, and it has been the most definite and grand Aquaculture and Fisheries event in Asia.

Allen Wu, Regional Manager Aquaculture- APAC was invited to be a speaker in “Advances in Disease and Health” session chaired by Professor Grace Lo, National Cheng Kong University (NCKU), Taiwan; and Dr Chi Fang, Amlan International, USA.

Mr Wu talked about novel additives to reduce the economic impact of disease on shrimp production.

Mr Wu stated: “Nutriad has done a lot of research in recent years and managed to turn that into practical solutions for shrimp producers all throughout Asia. The WCAF was again a great opportunity to exchange ideas with professionals from all over the world.”
