Government Commits to Revitalising the Canned Fish Sector

This was ensured by Mr Dominguez during the opening ceremony of the Fourth World Conference of Canned Seafood, organized by ANFACO-CECOPESCA.

During his speech, Mr Dominguez said his department "is focusing efforts on improving all phases of the value chain, from extraction, through processing, to marketing of fishery products. We are a leader in the European market and we are increasingly present in the world market."
