Work is already under way to develop the former Lexmark site in Rosyth into a state-of-the-art fish processing facility.
The 150,000 sq feet premises main focus will be smoked and value-added salmon products currently in demand here in the UK and also overseas.
With great transport links and a quality workforce, Rosyth was a natural choice for Meridian.
Meridian stated it was very excited about the new plans and is looking to share these as the work progresses.
