Leading seafood company Icelandic Group has signed Letter of Intent with the owner of Ny-Fiskur to acquire the fish processing company.
Ny-Fiskur operates on sustainable principles, working with only environmentally friendly sourced fish and utilizing 100 per cent of raw material. The company is also Friend of the Sea certified.
The goal is to finalize the transaction before year end following due diligence.
