Aquaculture Europe rescheduled for April

Events

Aquaculture Europe 2020, which was scheduled to take place in Cork in September, has been postponed until 12 April 2021.

The EAS board of directors announced today that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, AE2020 cannot go ahead as planned in Cork from 29 September to 2 October and have postponed it to 12-15 April 2021.

Meanwhile the official AE2021 event in Funchal, Madeira, will take place as planned on 5-8 October 2021.

The event organisers have issued a note explaining that the programme for Cork will be reduced in terms of the number of sessions available for abstract submission. Abstracts that have already been submitted for AE2020 Cork will remain in the EAS system and will not need to be submitted again.

Any abstracts that have been submitted for a session that will not be on the programme in Cork will be automatically transferred to the equivalent session at AE2021 Madeira.

Anyone who has submitted an abstract for AE2020 Cork and would prefer to have it considered for presentation at AE2021 Madeira, should contact

New abstracts for both Cork and AE2021 Madeira can be submitted online. But please make sure that you are submitting them to the correct event!

Exhibitors that have booked booths in Cork are invited to contact mario@marevent.com to confirm their booth and/or make a reservation for a booth in Madeira.
