Jennifer Bushman is a strategy consultant in the sustainable, ethical aquaculture industry working to provide solutions to complex situations in an effort to develop cogent, coherent plans of action that help farms achieve success. For more than two decades, Jennifer has worked with water farmers including Kvarøy Arctic, Pacifico Aquaculture, Blue Ocean Mariculture and Riverence Trout.
She also worked to broaden the impact of the Fair Trade USA Fish and Seafood, Seafood Watch and the Global Aquaculture Alliance by building successful outreach both for businesses and consumers. She has been recognised numerous times by the James Beard Foundation and the International Association of Culinary Professionals as one of the country's top culinary consultants, communicators and teachers.
