New Chief Personnel For Findus Group

In her current role as Chief Personnel Officer for PepsiCo UK and Ireland, Jan leads and supports a large UK and Ireland team, and is also accountable for HR leadership for Europe Sector Research & Development, as well as the UK Region.

Jan has held a number of international HR and commercial roles at PepsiCo since she joined the company in 1993, including Head of HR for the Asia Pacific Business Unit in the Asia Region, where she led the PepsiCo International integration process across multiple geographies, diverse business models and cultures.

Jan will join Findus Group on Monday 7th June and will be based at its new corporate office in Central London.
