Gael Force Group to showcase new products at Aquaculture UK

Salmonids Moorings Events +4 more

With less than five weeks to go until the most important aquaculture exhibition and conference in Britain, Gael Force Group is gearing up for its biggest exhibition presence yet.

Their attendance at Aquaculture UK will see the group take up more than 120 square metres of exhibiting space, with two stands focusing on exciting new product launches and innovation, as well as the introduction of recent acquisition Fusion Marine as part of the group.

This will be the first joint industry event since Gael Force’s acquisition of a majority stake in Fusion Marine. The companies will be joining together across these two stands to showcase their plans to invest in new and larger integrated offshore pens to support a move towards higher energy sites as the aquaculture industry looks to unlock Scotland’s huge growth potential towards 2030.

Gael Force is expected to launch and demonstrate a series of exciting new products at the exhibition. These will include a preview of their new range of steel barges, a 2-channel SeaGuard seal deterrent, their new pellet detection software and a new 500mm fish pen development.

In a first for the group, they will be encouraging visitors to join them at their brand new ‘Innovation Station’ on their Main Stand (69). This is an enclosed pod that will provide farm operators and managers with the opportunity to open up and discuss the real challenges being experienced by salmon producers.

Marc Wilson, Marketing Manager at Gael Force Group, comments: “We are raising the bar with our presence at Aquaculture UK this May and will be taking the opportunity to fully engage with producers in understanding exactly what their current and future challenges are.

Our Innovation Station is designed to stimulate healthy discussion around these challenges and our hope is that this will inform us in our own product development roadmap, which will in turn create added value for our customers.”

Aquaculture UK will take place in Aviemore on 23 & 24 May and will consist of a range of talks, workshops and supplier exhibitions displaying new products. More information about the conference and exhibition can be found here.
