Michael Tlusty of the New England Aquarium will report on his Walton Foundation-funded survey that shows how Best Aquaculture Practices certification is reducing the environmental impacts of aquaculture.

GAAs Peter Redmond will moderate panelists representing such major international suppliers and retailers as US Foods, National Fish & Seafood, Safeway, Sobeys, Morrisons and KFC Corp. as they give their thoughts on sourcing, certification, feed use and the future of responsible seafood.
