GAAs Peter Redmond will moderate panelists representing such major international suppliers and retailers as US Foods, National Fish & Seafood, Safeway, Sobeys, Morrisons and KFC Corp. as they give their thoughts on sourcing, certification, feed use and the future of responsible seafood.
