This new Code of Conduct will apply to all subsidiary companies of TUF and aims to ensure fair and safe treatment of all workers.
It will be produced in 13 languages to cover the company's operations around the world.
The revised Code of Conduct will focus on the criteria for recruitment and labour.
Mr ThiraphongChansiri Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Thailand Union Group Limited (PCL), said: "This new Code of Conduct defines the expectations that we have for our partners. Our organization operates on integrity and has high ethical standards. We work against corruption in all its forms. But we encourage people to work under a good governance and transparency.
"In the last few years. We have seen the situation of human trafficking and labour rights violations in many parts of the world. We look forward to other operators joining us in calling for an end to violations of labour rights."
TUF also explained that this new ethic code is just one of several measures the company is taking to ensure that the supply chain is totally free of human rights violations.
