Professor Crawford is one of the world’s most influential researchers and writers on nutrition and related subjects, has headed The Institute since 1989, and has received numerous international awards.
The seminar will be held at Art Gallery of SA, North Terrace, Adelaide from 10.30am. It is sponsored by Seafood Services, Australia’s Seafood for Life Program and also the Australian Seafood CRC, University of SA, the Nutrition Society of Australia, Primary Industries and Resources of South Australia, Flinders University, University of Adelaide and the SA Research and Development Institute. Registration must be by 29 January 2008.
