Following on from TheFishSite's last webinar, Parasitic Infections in Aquaculture, this Parasites in Focus: Part One webinar will look in further depth at some of the notable parasitic infections in aquaculture.
First of a two part series, the webinar will take a closer look at a variety of protozoan and metazoan parasites on some of the world’s principal farmed fish, crustacean and mollusc species and make comments on their detection, identification, impacts on their host, and strategies for their management and control.

Dr Shinn has a degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology), a PhD in Veterinary Aquaculture and has 26 years’ experience in aquatic parasitology.
