Mrs Subich holds a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and has occupied various positions with fish farms and feed manufacturers.
“This recent incorporation of an aquaculture veterinary with over 10 years of farm experience complements our existing scientific and technical capabilities to support our customers in the key aquaculture markets in Asia, Europe and America,” says Dr Peter Coutteau, Business Unit Manager Aquaculture for Nutriad. 
“The aquafeed industry is expanding extremely fast and maturing from a young, pioneering industry into a more professional feed industry. The degree of technical development is extremely different among the distinct species and regions. Salmon is surely the most industrialized aquaculture species, whereas production of shrimp, tilapia, carp and catfish is still under full development and consolidation. However, health prevention has become a key issue for all aquaculture species, increasingly plagued by a diversity of diseases and parasites."
