In his role, Dr Beattie will be responsible for oversight of the strategic direction of the division, including product introductions, life-cycle management and geo-expansion into currently under-developed regions.

Dr Beattie joins the company from Skretting North America, where he was General Manager.
Dr Beattie received his Bachelor of Science in Marine & Freshwater Biology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and his Ph.D. in Fish Physiology from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland having carried out much of his practical research work at the Institute of Marine Research in Norway.
