In this period all purse seine vessels in classes 4, 5 and 6, with more than 182 metric tons carrying capacity, which did not take part in the first period of closure, must take part in this second period, said the deputy minister, Guillermo Moran Velasquez.

In the second period of closure 46 vessels will be taking part in order to conserve tuna stocks.
