According to the Nigerian Tribune, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Professor Mohammed Gana Yisa, carried out the distribution on behalf of the state government at a sensitisation/training workshop and launch of the distribution of farming equipment to fish farmers in the state.
He said the equipment, which include storage tanks, rearing tanks, electric water pumps, petrol/water pumps and various types of fish feeds, were procured by the state government.
