About $95 million in disaster assistance will be provided to catfish producers in Louisiana and other states. Louisiana’s share of the money will be determined by the USDA Farm Service Agency after all applications are filed.
All applications must be submitted with a completed, signed and dated IRS W-9 form by April 6. Producers may receive up to $80,000 for their losses.
