The survey is available from www.surveymonkey.com/s/MMOcustomer2013 and MMO would like customers to share their views before 17 March 2013.
MMO Customer Communications Manager John Gargett said: "Our previous customer satisfaction surveys have given us a real insight into how our customers view the MMO and the level of service we provide.
"We have made a number of positive changes to develop our organisation as a result of the feedback provided in previous surveys. We are committed to continuous improvement and it is time to ask our customers to once again share their views with us. I would urge all of the people we serve and interact with to please take the time to complete the survey and I can assure you that your responses will enhance the level of service we provide."
