The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (SAGARPA) and the Academy of Fishery Sciences of China (CAFS) established the link prior to the visit of the Mexican President of the Republic, Enrique Peña Nieto, to China.
