Marine Harvest to Buy Nofima Research Site

NORWAY - Marine Harvest has signed an agreement with Nofima for the purchase of its research site in Averoy, Norway.

The Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries And Coastal Affairs must now approve the agreement before Marine Harvest can legally take over on 1 April 2014.
