The parks, with a total area of 427 hectares, have the capacity to produce 36 million pounds of fish per year.
At the event, the minister also reiterated the importance of the Harvest Plan for Fisheries and Aquaculture, launched by President Dilma Rousseff, with resources of $4.1 billion to finance the country's seafood industry and support sector workers.
Ninety-nine credit agreements were signed by the fishermen in the amount of approximately $1 million.
During the event, cooperation agreements were signed with the Bureau of Animal Health and Plant-IAGRO to control the Aquaculture Health in the state, and with the Agency for Rural Development and Agricultural Extension - Agra for the sustainable development of fisheries and aquaculture.
An agreement was also signed with Agra to provide technical assistance, extension fisheries and aquaculture for fish farmers and technicians who qualify for state and local public entities.
The MPA also signed a cooperation agreement and other permission to use Environmental Police. A boat and a truck were assigned so that police are able to monitor fishing activities and intensify the fight against illegal fishing and / or predatory.
