Dr Carlos Eduardo Guevara-Fletcher

Dr Guevara-Fletcher has an MSc and PhD in biodiversity, functioning and ecosystem management from Basque Country University in Spain. He specialises in fisheries, aquaculture, environmental education and environmental management. He has published more than 15 scientific and technical documents and has worked different public and private institution in Colombia and in AZTI Tecnalia in Spain. He is currently professor and director of a master’s programme in environmental education and sustainable development at Universidad Santiago de Cali, Colombia, and a member of World Aquaculture Society Latin-America. cefletcher8@hotmail.com
