WTO ruling puts shrimp payouts at risk

US - A World Trade Organization ruling could endanger the U.S. shrimp industry chances of getting payouts in its quest to get tariffs imposed on foreign producers accused of dumping shrimp at artificially low prices on the U.S. market.
