Shrimp harvest a success

MISSOURI - Shrimp raising isn't listed among the major farm products of Missouri, but Lebanon resident Paul Smith said he decided to raise the unusual form of livestock after inheriting his parents' farm in Dixon and observing a freshwater shrimp farm in Illinois.
