The professional activities of the respective companies will continue to be run as previously, and all employees will continue in the same job at the same geographical location as prior to the merger.
For our clients, collaboration partners and suppliers, the merger means:
- The entire Nofima group is now called Nofima AS and has the following organisation number: 989 278 835.
- This company name and organisation number shall be used for all invoices, contracts, agreements etc.
- Information concerning invoicing has been sent directly to our suppliers.
Naturally some internal adjustments will occur as a result of the merger, but this will have little impact on our contact with clients and suppliers. You will still be able to contact project managers and contact people on the same phone numbers and at the same places as previously.
