The new parks will be located in Salinópolis, Curuçá, St. John's Point and St. John Pirabas.
The 16 parks occupy a total of 166 hectares and together they will be responsible for the creation of approximately 700 jobs.
"Moving the state's economy significantly, improving the quality of life of the fish farmers in Para, and consequently increasing the supply of fish to the population," says the National Secretary of Planning and Land Aquaculture, Maria Fernanda Nince.
