NORWAY - Bjrn Myrseth has been elected as the new chairman of the board of Morpol ASA.

Marianne E. Johnsen has been elected as the vice chairman of the board of Morpol ASA.

Mr Myrseth has been elected following the resignation of Ebbe Pelle Jacobsen from the post.
