In connection with the presentation of the Q2 2013 results, Marine Harvest guided a total harvest volume of 80 thousand tonnes (HOG) for Q3 2013.

The biggest harvest volume came from salmon farming operations in Norway where 53,000 tonnes was reported.

Operations in Chile and Canada followed second - both reporting 6,000 tonnes.

Scotland harvested 14 thousand tonnes and a further 2,000 tonnes came from other sources.

Operational EBIT for the Group was approximately NOK 790 million in Q3 2013 (NOK 73 million in Q3 2012).

Total operational EBIT per kg through the value chain for volume of Norwegian origin was approximately NOK 9.9 in the quarter.

Morpol's figures will be consolidated as from the date of the EU competition approval, i.e. the last day of the quarter. Such consolidation will hence only impact the financial position of the Q3 accounts.

Net interest bearing debt (NIBD), excluding the NIBD of Morpol, was approximately NOK 6,200 million by the end of the quarter. Consolidated NIBD, including Morpol, will be announced in the Q3 report.
