Within the context of its role as general contractor, Ginger will deal with the creation of the various basins, the filtration system, the lagoon water pumping unit and thermal treatment.
The aquaculture research and development centre in Mayotte has the aim of ensuring greater reliability in zootechnics reference systems for the red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) and to test other species of fish with a view to providing Mayotte producers with opportunities for diversification. Ginger is also responsible for the implementation of the bio-climatic architecture, the architecture which determines the proper geographical and climatic environment of the building. The aim of this kind of architecture is to minimise the building's energy requirements over its life cycle without exerting any pressure in terms of environmental resources. Ginger has also undertaken its design studies to include the aspects of the seismic and cyclonic considerations impacting on the construction site.
