Scotland-based Xelect will provide a complete package of genetic management to the selective breeding programme in support of Cromaris’ continued advances in product quality, welfare and sustainability.
The Cromaris fish are bred at the company’s state-of-the-art hatchery in Nin, Croatia, and the partnership will allow them to take advantage of the latest technologies in selective breeding to ensure their premium product continues to excel in the European market.
