The Signing was attended by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Abog. Rody Godoy as witness of honor.
Authorities that signed the Convention were Dr Vet Armin B. Hamman in his capacity as Deputy Minister of Livestock and Eng. Aquino Carlos Lopez as Director of the Department of Agricultural Education.
The event was also attended by officials of the Agricultural School of Minga Guazú and producers from different areas of the country.
