His career in aquaculture began in 1993, when he started with Marine Harvest which was then acquired by Nutreco. In 2005 he became Marine Harvest’s CFO after periods in Scotland, Chile and USA. The company was divested by Nutreco in 2007. Steven rejoined Nutreco in 2012.

A search for the replacement for Steven will commence immediately, although Steven is available to Nutreco and Skretting until September to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
