The biggest challenges were in setting minimum prices for the cod markets, taking into account the economic uncertainty.
With this in mind, the only changes made were to the minimum prices for cod.
The new minimum rates are as follows:
- More than 6kg: NOK 17.25 per kg
- 2.5 - 6kg: NOK 14.5 per kg
- 1 - 2.5kg: NOK 12.5 per kg
- Less than 1kg: NOK
These changes, along with the other stationary prices, is hoped to provide some stability to the market, said FHL.
