The day will also see presentations from academy partners and key people from industry, along with workshops to demonstrate various seafood skills programmes on offer such as fish frying, filleting, smoking and quality assessment. After a buffet lunch, the Grimsby Institute will host a discussion workshop on Lean Principles in the afternoon.

The conference will be held on Tuesday the sixth of September from 9.30 until 4.00 at the Humber Seafood Institute in Grimsby.

UK - A free training Conference and open day aimed at businesses and employers in the seafood industry will give employers the opportunity to find out more about the many training courses offered by the Seafood Training Academy (STA) and discuss their training needs.
