Sal Mar Sells Shares in Bakkafrost

FAROE ISLANDS and NORWAY - Norwegian fish farming company Sal Mar has sold all of its shares in Bakkafrost.

Salmar sold 7,269,400 shares in Bakkafrost at a price of NOK 86.00 per share.

The shares were placed after close of markets yesterday through an accelerated bookbuilding process managed by Carnegie AS and Pareto Securities AS as joint bookrunners.

Salmar now holds no shares or rights to shares in Bakkafrost. As a consequence of the transactions Salmar has passed the thresholds of both 10 per cent and five per cent of the outstanding share capital, cf. the Securities Trading Act section 4-2 second paragraph.
