Norway And Greenland Agree On 2012 Quotas

NORWAY & GREENLAND - In agreement with Greenland, Norway has significantly increased it's quota for redfish.

Pelagic redfish quota increased from 300 tons to 1500 tonnes, whilst bottom trawled quota remained at 400 tons.

As well as agreeing on quotas for 2012, Norway and Greenland both committed to extending collaborated research with emphasis on redfish, halibut and cod.
