"This development proposes a permanent presence of food inspectors at each plant, by a system of management controls and audits," said the coordinator, Jorge Raed. And said that "audits or management controls will be run by professionals, veterinary auditors or graduates."
He explained that most countries have already applied this fishery production system audits, monitoring and management controls. Thus Senasa is beginning to adopt the same criteria used internationally.
The service will be implemented through Resolution 358/2012 and will be functionally coordinated and supervised by the Department of Safety Products for Fisheries and Aquaculture National Safety and Food.

ARGENTINA - The National Health and Quality department (SENASA) has advanced the development of a new supervision and control service for the safety of products, and products derived, from fishing and aquaculture throughout the country.
