At that time Rodney Anderson and Richard Birmingham will leave the MMO board and pursue their other professional, business, and charitable interests.
The MMO would like to say a very sincere thank you to Rodney and Richard for the service they have given to the MMO, shaping the organisation in its early days and leaving the MMO with solid foundations for the future. Both Rodney and Richard will continue as Board members until January 2013.
As a result of these changes an appointments process for two new MMO Board members has now began and application packs are available on the Cabinet Office's Public Appointments website at http://publicappointments.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/applications/5049a668e4b0746aa1e7e2d5
The closing date for applications is 2 October 2012.
MMO Board Member Appointments
UK - MMO Board members are appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for a fixed period of either three or four years, and four MMO Board members complete their terms at the end of January 2013.
