Each of the scholarships convened involves comprehensive training in a specific domain, which involves conducting studies and practical training.
May request them and the Spanish national of a Member State of the European Union or foreign residents in Spain, who have completed their studies after the month of May 2006 and are in possession or able to obtain the graduate degree, graduate , engineer or higher in the subjects and specialties related to the scholarships that are the subject of the corresponding call.
The training programme shall include the management of marine fisheries in all matters relating to the planning, protection and conservation of fisheries resources and aquaculture and the management in all matters relating to international fisheries agreements and fisheries.
The finance department will provide economic support.
