Esperance Fish Declared Safe

AUSTRALIA - A Health Department report has given the all clear for people to eat fish from waters in the Esperance region.

According to a report on ABC, the department said it was confident Esperance fish were safe, after tests on 17 samples of fish from the region.

The tests followed a study by the Conservation Council that found raised lead levels in the kidneys of razor fish from Esperance.
