Chile Reports No New ISA Cases

CHILE - Chile's National Fisheries Service (Sernapesca) latest update on the ISA virus situation shows no outbreaks for third week in a row.

Sernapesca says there are five suspect sitesin the 11th and 12th regions, according to a report in FishfarmingXpert.

According to Sernapesca’s “suspect site” definition, the affected sites, belonging to Cupquelán and Acuimag, have cages that have shown positive lab tests for the virus but they have not shown any clinical manifestation of the disease.

There are 25 total sites that are currently without fish that had reported the disease.
