Jim Miller

James Miller is an experienced American aquaculturist and fisheries advisor, having worked in 33 countries in Africa over 40 years. His career has mainly focused on fish farming projects in Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, CAR, Nigeria, Malawi and Haiti. He has served as long-term technical advisor for fisheries in Nigeria, Mauritania and Somaliland. He recently served as team leader for an aquaculture value chain project in Malawi.
