Elisabeth Ytteborg

Elisabeth has been working as a researcher in fish health, the aquaculture division at Nofima, for 15 years. She has a background in cell biology, with a main research focus on how changing environmental conditions affect the fish. One of her interests is salmon skin, and how it may change upon different types of stimuli, in order to protect the fish.
