Andrew Jackson

Dr Andrew Jackson has been the technical director of IFFO, The Marine Ingredients Organisation since 2006 and is responsible for IFFO’s technical programme and the development of the IFFO RS. Andrew worked for a number of years in fish nutritional research and feed formulation as well as having over 20 years’ experience in the salmon farming industry in a range of different senior positions in both Chile and Scotland, where he was also Chairman of the Scottish Salmon Producers Organisation (SSPO). Andrew has a degree in Marine Zoology from the University of St Andrews and obtained his PhD in Aquaculture from the University of Stirling in the UK.
