Prawn fry producers lose millions

PHILIPPINES - Prawn fry producers in Bacolod City lost millions of pesos in income because of the government's lack of regulation on prawn fry exportation. Minvilu Casido, manager of Cruz Aquaculture Corporation, a local prawn fry producer, said they are willing to export their products in other countries but the government has no measures allowing them to do so.
