US - The charity, Aquaculture without Frontiers (AwF) will host a fund and awareness raising dinner at the World Aquaculture 2010 conference and exhibition in San Diego, California.

The charity are inviting delegates at the event to join them for an evening to contribute to help humanity make progress towards their goal of eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, by supporting the charitable work of Aquaculture without Frontiers.

The dinner will be held on
3 March 2010 starting at 7.30 pm. The dinner is to be modest -
one that the poor would have - rice or bread, fish,
vegetables and water.

Aquaculture without Frontiers is a global charity dedicated to the development of sustainable aquaculture for poverty alleviation by improving rural livelihoods. It devotes its resources to aquaculture, but it does not offer support in isolation, rather it interacts with many rural and coastal development organisations dedicated to alleviating extreme poverty and hunger.
