Feed producer poised for growth

With two new feed mills due to open this year, Aller Aqua has decided to establish a dedicated group management team, which will be based in the German town of Christiansfeld and focus on the companys global growth.

“Aller Aqua has experienced expansive growth in recent years, and 2017 will be no exception,” Hans Erik Bylling, Group CEO, explains. ”Currently we have 4 factories, but at the end of the year we will have two additional, one in China and one in Zambia. Besides we have a row of new sales companies in new markets, not least Africa.”

”Growth of this magnitude places large demands on both management and employees,” Bylling underlines, “and there is no doubt that we have all been under pressure in recent years. Therefore, the owners and management has decided to establish a dedicated group management team as well as strong local management teams in the individual factories.”

The group management team Pitured above) will consist of Hans Erik Bylling (Group CEO), Carsten Jørgensen (Group CFO), Henrik Halken (Group CPO/CCO) and Dr Hanno Slawski (Group R&D Director). Additionally, the company will initiate the search for a Group Supply Chain Director.

The new management structure will be effective from 1 April.
